Brewers - It's that time of year to think of what you're going to do with Wet Hops!!!

This is such an exciting time of the year for those of us who love harvest ales!

We have hops from burr to early cone, depending on the variety. This means, we'll be starting to harvest in about 3 weeks!!!

The first varieties to be picked will be Tettnanger, Fuggle and Centennial.

Make sure to let me know right away if you would like to use any of these in a Wet Hopped brew!
